Born and raised in Germany, I left in 1974 to live in some of the most exotic places on earth; Paris, the French Alps, the Pyrenees, Toronto and Montreal.

But only Whistler could coax me to stay! I’m sure you can see why. An incredible outdoors lifestyle. Cosmopolitan restaurants, shops and community facilities. Business opportunities to rival those of the city without the traffic jams and pollution.

Whistler residents are already the envy of everyone who visits. With the Olympics coming to town in 2010, I have no doubt we’ll soon be hearing the words "you’re so lucky" a whole lot more.

I have been selling real estate since 1996. Before that, I spent twelve years establishing and running a successful Whistler bed and breakfast business that is still going strong today. You could say I have spent the last 21 years welcoming people to Whistler. That welcome comes in three languages – English, French and German.
